From 1981 through 2008, I was a civil trial attorney practicing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In 2008, I earned a Masters of American History from Rutgers University receiving the Alumni Achievement Award for my thesis. (That's thesis is the subject of the article submission herein) In 2008, I entered into academia teaching courses at Rutgers University in constitutional law, criminal justice, and American history specializing in conspiracy theory. In 2010, I was appointed Director of the Law and Society major at Philadelphia University I also serve as the Faculty Director of the Arlen Specter Ctr. for Public Service. I have been published and presented in conferences on topics ranging from the avoidance of medical malpractice through conspiracy theories. I am the author of the Single Bullet - Arlen Specter & The Warren Commission Investigation Of The JFK Assassination exhibit at Philadelphia University which received national attention and acclaim.
